Planning for the Future

Nestled deep in the heart of “Cajun Country”, Iberia Parish’s progressive communities work together with local and area agencies and organizations to enact a strong economic development plan for the future. Recently, IDF, in conjunction with the Iberia Parish Government and the City of New Iberia, began the development of an economic forecast and master plan for the parish, with an emphasis on identifying and implementing initiatives that provide long-term benefits to the parish. Instrumental in the success of these plans are the infrastructure systems serving the Parish.
