Teaming with One Acadiana’s 55 by 25 initiative, and sharing in the belief that a strong and well educated workforce is instrumental to attracting and retaining talented people in the Acadiana area. With this initiative, the goal is to increase the proportion of working-age adults in Acadiana with postsecondary degrees, certificates, or other high-value credentials to 55% by the year 2025. Making progress with this initiative, we are creating an abundance of highly trained technical workers who have the skills that today’s employers need.
